PLEASE BE ADVISED: We are exclusively a mail-in repair service, repairing devices within the territory of the United Kingdom. We do not have a brick and mortar store and there are no collection or drop off facilities available here. Please understand that we are unable to facilitate in person visits for the general public.

All repairs are subject to prior acceptance via our online booking system. Customers must complete a booking before sending any device to us. This process creates a repair agreement in accordance with UK consumer contract regulations and assigns a service ticket to the repair. The lab address, contact number and shipping instructions will be issued only after a valid booking has been completed.

Communication regarding repairs is conducted primarily via email, which ensures accurate record-keeping and timely responses.
