In todays video we have an unusual repair. I was contacted by a catering company recently who asked me to have a look at one of their hand immersion blenders that was playing up. These are commonly used in the catering sector so I’m sure there are loads of people out there who would be interested in finding out how to repair one of these when they break down. Sometimes it would not run at all, other times it would run intermittently. Anyway we found the problem and if your having issues with yours I do recommend you watch the video to give you some idea on how to fix it. This particular one was made by a company called Italinox but even if yours is made by a different manufacturer, this problem is quite common and the repair principles would be very similar or the same.
